Just by chance I happened upon a listing for Elephant Butte in Praized.
Don’t ask what I was looking for but it found me.
I laughed in my best Bart Simpson voice when I found it. (I like when I’m able to come across those locations which have a slight giggle-worthy quality about them).
Elephant Butte also has a heart. They sponsor a regular Elephant Man Triathalon around various locations throughout New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and Georgia
If anyone manages to find any elephants in Elephante Butte, please send photos.

Where can you get a good spaghetti salad?

A member of the Praized Tribe has pointed to the Angelo Pietro restaurant in Honolulu as being well worth checking out for a meal.

I was quite interested to see a dish called Spaghetti Salad on their menu and wondered “Could it be that 2 of my favourite foods have joined forces in one”.

A little background on this chain of restaurants in that on December 9, 1980, the first Pietro Spaghetti Restaurant was opened in Tenjin, Fukuoka, Japan. Many years later, they boast over 100 locations throughout Japan (and Honolulu)…
